Accessibility

We look forward to welcoming you to Battersea Park in Concert 2026. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our customers. Here you will find details of the accessible facilities available at the event, as well as information about attending as an accessibility customer.

Wheelchair Viewing Platform Tickets

A limited number of tickets are available for the Wheelchair Viewing Platform each event day. This is a raised 2ft high viewing platform accessed by a 1:12 gradient ramp. Tickets for the platform are bookable via our ticketing page on a first-come, first-served basis.

Given the overall nature of the event and the limited capacity of the platform, it is prioritised for wheelchair users in the first instance. However, if you are a non-wheelchair user who would benefit from access to the platform, please get in touch with the team at bpic@enablelc.org, and we will happily consider it on a case-by-case basis.

All Wheelchair Viewing Platform bookers are automatically provided with a Wheelchair Viewing Platform Essential Companion ticket within their booking. This companion will be provided access to the platform, seated on a neighbouring chair. To ensure as many people as possible who require the use of the platform can do so, one companion is allowed on the platform per person.

Those with tickets for the Wheelchair Viewing Platform should access the event via the main entrance, closest to Albert Gate, an approximate 275m walk on hard standing. From here, they will be able to follow a path and then a route over temporary ground panels to the Wheelchair Viewing Platform itself. The route to the Wheelchair Viewing Platform is approximately 220m from the main entrance.

Blue Badge Parking

There are limited Blue Badge parking spaces available for access customers. Spaces are limited, so they need to be reserved in advance (free of charge) and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please complete this form. You will need to provide proof of eligibility and your booking order reference number to request a space. The team will be in touch within 5 working days.

Only those given confirmation of a parking reservation will be allowed access to the parking area. Directions will be sent out in advance of the event to those with reservations.

General Admission Essential Companion Tickets

Ticket holders with proof of eligibility are entitled to a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket. These are not available via our ticketing pages and instead can be applied for through this form once a General Admission ticket has been purchased. You will need to provide proof of eligibility and your booking reference number. Applications will be processed within 5 working days.

Gold Circle & Diamond VIP Essential Companion Tickets

FRIDAY 28, SATURDAY 29 & SUNDAY 30 AUGUST

Wheelchair users booking Wheelchair User Spaces from the seating plan are automatically provided with a free Essential Companion Seat next to their chosen Wheelchair User Space. The single wheelchair user ticket will entitle both the wheelchair user and their companion to access the event and their space and companion chair.

Those booking a standard Gold Circle or Diamond VIP seat who are also entitled to an Essential Companion ticket should email bpic@enablelc.org with details of the night they wish to attend, the type of ticket they wish to purchase, and proof of eligibility (see below) to organise their booking.

MONDAY 30 AUGUST

An Essential Companion Ticket for Gold Circle and Diamond VIP Experience customers can be applied for through this form once a Gold Circle Picnic Area ticket has been purchased.

Proof of Eligibility

To ensure that limited tickets are not used fraudulently, we require proof of eligibility for Access Companion tickets. We accept the following documents as proof of disability or medical condition:

Front Page of DLA / PIP
Blue Badge
Evidence of registered severely sight impaired
Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
Access Card
Official medical / Doctors letter

If you are unable to provide proof of eligibility, please get in touch with the team at bpic@enablelc.org, and we will happily consider applications on a case-by-case basis.

Battersea Park in Concert is an outdoor picnic-style event on a grassy area of Battersea Park. The site is generally flat, and the General Admission area is large enough for customers to spread out and set up picnics. Audience members are allowed to stand, this is a largely seated show where customers picnic rather than bunching up or crowding toward the stage. Large screens will be in place left and right of the stage so customers can view all the action from wherever they picnic. While the audience will be spread out, there will still be several thousand people in attendance each night so the events may feel busy for some.

EVENT ENTRANCE

The event entrance is located closest to Albert Gate. The entrance is approximately 275 meters from the road along a hard-standing path. The accessible entrance will be located next to the main entrance on a hard-standing path that then crosses the event site.

GENERAL ADMISSION

Seats are not provided in the General Admission area. General Admission customers are welcome to bring their own seats; seats are only permitted a little further back from the stage to protect the views of those who arrive earliest. Once inside the event, those with General Admission tickets will need to traverse over grass to find a picnicking spot.

GOLD CIRCLE

An enclosure in front of the stage with pre-bookable seats are provided on Friday 28, Saturday 29 and Sunday 30. On Monday 31 the area becomes a reserved picnic area with no seats provided, but customers are welcome to bring their own. Those in the Gold Circle area will need to traverse over grass to access the area, approximately 175 meters from the event entrance.

VIP GARDEN

For those with Diamond VIP Experience tickets, access to the VIP Garden is approximately 50 meters over grass from their Gold Circle seats.

WHEELCHAIR VIEWING PLATFORM

Those with tickets for the Wheelchair Viewing Platform should access the event via the main entrance, closest to Albert Gate, an approximate 275m walk on hard standing. There, they will be able to follow a path and then a route over temporary ground panels to the Wheelchair Viewing Platform itself. The route to the Wheelchair Viewing Platform is approximately 220m from the main entrance.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

Two sets of main toilets will be available to General Admission and Gold Circle ticket holders; the longest distance to these toilets will be approximately 150m each way over grass. Both sets of toilets will have an accessible toilet unit. An additional accessible toilet unit will be located at the Wheelchair Viewing Platform. Diamond VIP Experience ticket holders will also be able to access an accessible toilet in the VIP Garden, approximately 50 meters over grass from their Gold Circle seats.
